- 9:30 AM start for 5k
- Join us to honor and remember MSG Sean Cooley, a fallen soldier KIA 02/03/2005
- Awards for all the normal divisions in the 5k.
- 5k: $20 for GCRC Members, $22 for Non-Members (plus RunSignUp's fee)

5k Racewalker (includes adult 1 mile)
Note: 1 mile race takes place at 0900. Race walkers must follow USATF race walking guidelines. "Race walking requires the competitor to maintain contact with the ground at all times and requires the leading leg to be straightened as the foot makes contact with the ground. It must remain straightened until the leg passes under the body."
