The Spa Running Festival presented by Window Mart - Half Marathon, 10K, 5K & Squirt Race
Come Run With Us, November 14th, through beautiful Hot Springs National Park! The Spa Running Festival is an event for everyone .... kids, beginners to elite runners and those that like a challenge! The Squirt Race is for kids 2 - 10 years of age. The 5K is a fast and flat course! The 10K, now celebrating its 45th year, and runners enjoy the beauty of running West Mountain. This will be the 11th running of the Summit2Summit Half Marathon. Do you like a challenge - well you get to - the course takes you through the scenic National Park going summit to summit on Hot Springs Mountain/North Mountain AND West Mountain!

Come enjoy the Expo on Friday at the Hot Springs Convention Center. Then, after the race, hang around to enjoy great food, the beer tent, picture taking, socializing and bragging rights that you conquered (BOTH) mountains.
Proceeds from the 2025 race will benefit these non-profit organizations: Friends of the Parks, Arkansas Spa Pacers Buzz Wilson Scholarship Program, Literacy Council of the Ouachita, Humane Society of Garland County, The CALL in Garland County.

Summit2Summit Half Marathon
*11th running of the Summit2Summit Half Marathon, going over both 2 mountains. *Cap of 675 runners. *Participants must maintain a 18:00 minute per mile pace to complete the course in 4 hours; the course closes at 11:00 am. If you can't meet this deadline, please select another event. *You must be 13 years old to compete without an accompanying participant adult. *The Half Marathon course is USA Track & Field certified, #AR18027WJT *Registrations are non-refundable and cannot be carried forward to the next year; however, you can transfer to another event or person - refer to "edit registration" tab at sparunningfest.com..
Spa 10K
*The 10K course is USATF, Certificate Code is #AR13022DLP and part of the Arkansas Grand Prix Series. *Participants must maintain a 19.21 pace per mile to complete the 10K course in 2 hours. Our race has a start line mat and finish line mat so your race time starts when you step on the start line mat. *There is a cap of 675 race participants. **Registrations are non-refundable and cannot be carried forward to the next year; however, you can transfer to another event or person - refer to "edit registration" tab at sparunningfest.com..
5K Run
* The 5K is a flat course that is an out and back that takes you through downtown bathhouse row on Central Avenue to the beginning of Whittington Park. **Participants should maintain a 24.08 pace per mile to complete the 5K course in 1 hr 15 minutes. *There is a cap of 600 race participants. **Registrations are non-refundable and cannot be carried forward to the next year; however, you can transfer to another event or person - refer to "edit registration" tab at sparunningfest.com..
Spa Squirt Race
*The Squirt Race is for kids 2-10 years of age with the following age categories: 2-4, 5-6, 7-8 and 9-10. *Each age group will start at the Spa Running Festival Start/Finish Line on Convention Blvd. (across from Embassy Suites). Parents are allowed to run/walk with the younger kids. *All kids will receive a short sleeve t-shirt and finishers medal.
