Half Marathon - Summit² Challenge

Inaugural Half Marathon - Summit² Challenge! Participants must maintain at least a 16:00 minute per mile pace to make the course deadline of 10:30 am. This event will have 250 maximum participants! This course is not certified. You must be 13 years old to compete without an accompanying, participating adult. The route is the normal Spa 10K until the top of West Mountain, turn right at the Summit - go to top of the Summit, come back down Summit and West Mountain to Pecan Street, left on Flint, left on Quapaw, left on Fern, right on Pecan, travel back up West Mountain to the top of the Summit, back down Mountain and follow 10K route to finish. Spa 10K

The Spa 10K is part of the Arkansas RRCA Grand Prix Series and the course is USATF Certificate Code, #AR13022DLP. The Race starts on Convention Blvd and takes you through beautiful downtown Hot Springs with its majestic bathhouse row complete with the spas and rich history. Next, the route takes you over West Mountain for 2 miles where the winding road meandors through mixed hardwoods. Down the other side, you are met with the electric homes of the Quapaw Historic District and then finish back on Convention Blvd. To access paper registration form, click on Show Registration Details.

Spa Squirt 1K

The Squirt Race is for kids 2-10 years of age with the following age categories: 2-4, 5-6, 7-8 and 9-10. Each age group will start on Convention Blvd. (across from Embassy Suites in the lane next to the big parking lot) and run towards East Grand. The age category, 9-10 will run a 1K distance; then the distance will be shorten for each age category. Parents are allowed to run/walk with the younger kids. All kids will receive a finishing medal and awards will be given for the 1st three finishers in each age category for girls and boys. 5K Walk

We welcome all walkers to be a part of the 5K Race! Remember, if you register as a walker, you must walk the entire race. Awards will be given to the top 3 walkers in these age groups for each gender: 0-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+.
