Hi! I'm Gabby, and I'd love to have you join me for Sprinkles and Strides 5K, a fun and uplifting birthday run celebrating another year of life, health, faith, and fitness! Whether you're an experienced runner, a casual jogger, or simply want to enjoy a walk with family and friends, this event is for everyone.
Come dressed in your favorite shades of PINK and help make this birthday celebration truly unforgettable. After crossing the finish line, stick around for a festive celebration featuring birthday cake, refreshments, hydration, and delicious mocktails as we celebrate together!
As a registered nurse passionate about promoting health and wellness, we're excited to offer a complimentary Health Check Station where attendees can have their vitals checked and receive generalized wellness tips.

What to Expect
