Mountain biking
17k Mountain Bike
The about 17k course that starts with a 1/2 mile uphill grind followed by some fast double and single track. The ending of the race is up to you! If you feel up to the extremely technical and challenging rocky descent of the Cherry Bomb you'll be rewarded with a shorter overall distance of 10.3 miles. If you choose the less technical descent, you'll be riding about 10.5 miles.
Duathlon
11k/17k/2k Duathlon
Start off with a 3/4 mile uphill single track and flow through the beautiful single and double track trails for 11k until you are back to the start area and transition. After your transition to the bike, you'll follow the same 17k course as the MTB race following the less technical finish. Then you will finish your race with a 1k mile run up grind and a quad-burning 1k down the hill.
Trail running
17K Trail Run
Start off with a 3/4 mile uphill on switchback filled single track and flow through the beautiful single and double track trails on top of the bluff until your final descent to the finish.
11K Trail Run
Start off with a 3/4 mile uphill on switchback filled single track and flow through the beautiful single and double track trails on top of the bluff until your final descent to the finish.
5K Trail Run
This up, over, and back route takes you up the gravel road and down the "rock tumbler" and then back. The real challenge though is that there are technically no flat sections on the entire route!
