11k/17k/2k Duathlon

Start off with a 3/4 mile uphill single track and flow through the beautiful single and double track trails for 11k until you are back to the start area and transition. After your transition to the bike, you'll follow the same 17k course as the MTB race with 1/2 mile downhill finish! Then you will finish your race with a 1k mile run uphill grind and a quad-burning 1k down the hill.
