The Big Run 5k (Mishawaka)

This year’s event will be happening in-person at Central Park, and will be a 5k distance on the beautiful Riverwalk! The first wave of the run will begin at 7:00 PM. Shirts will be available for purchase prior to the race at Central Park in the Bendix Pavilion, starting at 5:00 PM. Medals to the first 150 finishers and Bibs to the first 150 registered. This event will not be chip timed. We will be utilizing wave starts and enforcing social distancing before and after the race to ensure this is a safe and fun experience for all.

This registration is intended for Children 12 years old and under who will be running and want to receive a medal and t-shirt.

5K Fun Run

All ages and abilities are welcome to participate! Medals will be handed out after you complete the run. About the 5K Fun Run course: • This is not a timed event. Run or walk at whatever pace is comfortable for you! • Maps of the route will be available day-of. • Please note that this will not be a closed course, but we have made an effort to avoid busy intersections. Covid-19 Safety Precautions: • Stay at least 6 feet from others and where a face covering around those who are not members of your household. • Please bring your own water. • Store capacity is still limited. We will not be able store any personal belongings for runners. Access to the bathroom will be limited.

Virtual 5K with In-Person Fun Run Option

IN PERSON FUN RUN EVENT DETAILS The in-person The Big Run fun run will take place on Global Running Day, June 2, at Fleet Feet Longmeadow. The course distance is 5K and run begins at 6:30pm. There will be a 100 person cap. All participants can upload results after the run, through June 5 at 11:59 pm ET. Yummy treats to follow. Demo products available to try-on. Raffles prizes to win! VIRTUAL PARTICIPANT DETAILS Virtual participants can run their 5K anywhere they wish! Results can be submitted between May 29 and June 5 until 11:59 pm ET. Don't forget to upload your photos on social media (tag @fleetfeetlongmeadow, #runtogether, #contest) to win a prize in our social media prize drawing.

The Big Run 5K In Person

The first 100 registrants will receive a medal. Register by May 9th to receive a shirt! The 5k will begin at 6:00 PM from The Brass Tap. The 5K will be an out and back on the Brushy Creek Trail. Packet pick up will be held at Fleet Feet Round Rock on June 1st from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
