This Jr. MudDare Heat is open to all kids 10-15 years old.
Jr. MudDare Ages 3-9
This Jr. MudDare Heat is open to all kids 3-9 years old. Parental supervision is required for kids 3-5 years old (no additional fee required).
"Double Dare" Competitive 10K (2 Laps) Register as Individual
The TugMudDare Adventure Run is open to anyone 16 years of age and older. The 10K Individual Competitive Heat will be the first race of the day. Prizes will be awarded to the top three men and top three women in this race. 10K competitors will complete the course twice.

All individuals looking to complete the course non-competitively should register for one of these heats. This includes runners who wish to take it on solo as well as runners planning to run as a team. The TugMudDare Team Challenge is centered around teamwork and fun. Rally your teammates and work together to conquer the 5K course! Open team and individual finishes are tracked only for fun, with no prizes being awarded in these heats.
