This kids run heat is open to all kids ages 8-12.
TMD Tikes 1.5K (Ages 3-7)
This kids run heat is open to all kids ages 3-7. Parental supervision is required for all kids in this heat (no additional fee required).
TMD 5K - Individual Heat (No Teams)
The TugMudDare Adventure Run is open to anyone 13 years of age and older. The 5K Individual Heat will be the first adult race of the day. Prizes will be awarded to the top three men and top three women in this race. If you DO NOT PLAN TO RUN WITH A TEAM, you should sign up for this heat.

All individuals looking to complete the course WITH A TEAM should register for one of these heats. The TMD Team Run is centered around teamwork and fun. Rally your teammates and work together to conquer the 5K course! All team times are tracked only for fun, with no prizes being awarded in these heats.
