Coach Tim will send an email with locationdetails prior to the first session on August 28. **PLEASE NOTE: THE 5K TRAINING FEE INCLUDES THE 5K EVENT REGISTRATION. After you register for the training program, you will receive a separate email with your 5K Run confirmation info.
