Trail running
Trail Run
This is a rugged trail course - with a portion through sand and through the wooded paths located at Soldiers Memorial Park. In some areas the path is 1 person wide with exposed roots in some areas. Runners are encouraged to take caution. This course is not suitable for children or strollers.
Walking
Trail Walk - 5K
This is a rugged trail course - with a portion through sand and through the wooded paths located at Soldiers Memorial Park. In some areas the path is 1 person wide with exposed roots in some areas. Walkers are encouraged to take caution. This course is not suitable for children or strollers.
5K Non-Competitive Walk
Please note strollers are allowed in the 5K Run/Walk.
Running
Half Marathon
Please note a required Half Marathon finish time of 3 hours (a 13.5 minute mile on average) for all participants. No strollers in the Half Marathon Run.
10K Run
No strollers in the 10K Run.
5K Run
Please note strollers are allowed in the 5K Run/Walk. However, runners with strollers are asked to use best judgment and caution to ensure a great experience for all runners.
