This year our 5k event will start 30 minutes after our 1 mile event. Thus allowing participants to watch or participate in both!!
One Mile Fun Run/Walk
The One Mile Event will use the same course as the 5k. The One Mile Event will go out 1/2 mile and then turn around and return on same route. Participants should be able to complete one mile walking or running in 30 minutes or less.
Sunday Afternoon Nap
Don't want to walk or run, but still want to support the BCEF and get a T-shirt?! This event is for you!
