Get out and move! This one mile run (or walk) is a great way to be active and have some fun! This out and back 1 mile course will be a fun way to burn some calories and some energy!
5K Run/Walk
Fast or Slow, doesn't matter, as long as you go, go, go! It's up to you! Find the smiles in the miles as you cover this distance while promoting health, fitness and supporting schools in our area! Follow our Facebook page for extra fun!!
Saturday Afternoon Nap Taker
If you are more interested in spending your afternoons working on a power nap instead of a power walk, this event is for you! Register today for an afternoon of guilt free resting, knowing that you are doing your part to support a good cause and you'll still get a great shirt!!
Virtual Participant
If virtual participation is more your style, here's your chance! Pick your time, place and level of participation! You can run your 5k or 1 mile distance whenever and however you want to!
