Unified 5K - Salt Lake City
About this race
The 2026 Unified 5k and AdaptXpo is an inclusive road race and adaptive sports expo designed so that everyone can participate, whether they run, walk, or roll the 5k or 1.5 mile distance. The event raises critical funds for AdaptX education, research, community events, fitness programming, and grant initiatives. The Unified 5k is a space where athletes with and without disabilities show up together, challenge perceptions, and prove that fitness and sport are more meaningful when everyone has a place at the starting line.
Join us on June 6th at Liberty Park for our 2nd Annual Unified 5k in Salt Lake City. Arrive early or hang around after the event to check out our vendors and clinics at the AdaptXpo, a celebration of organizations that focus on health, inclusion, accessibility, assistive technology, and adaptive sports.

Join fellow runners on May 17, 2025 for the Unified 5K - Salt Lake City. It's a fantastic 5K, 2.4K featuring a flat and fast course in Salt Lake City.

Select this option if you'd like to complete the full 5k distance but anticipate taking longer than an hour to finish. These participants will start a half hour before the rest of the field. That way, we'll still have a great crowd around the finish line to celebrate your accomplishment!
