Vac & Dash 31 5K's in 31 Days Challenge  

"Welcome to year Three of the 31 5K's in 31 Days Virtual Challenge. 

Here it is, one of the ultimate challenges for the Summer of 2026.   Beat the Heat with a 5K a Day Challenge for the Month of July. 

The Vac & Dash 31 5K's is a great challenge for family and friends to participate in to get Fresh Air - Sunshine and Exercise.  This is also a fantastic challenge for cross country runners to use to get in shape for the upcoming cross country season.  

Do the following each and every day in July:  Run, Walk or Run/Walk at least 3.1-Miles each and every day in July. 

Note that you do not have to do all at once.   You can run a mile in the morning and walk 2.1-miles in the evening. 

Log you miles on runsignup.com so you can see how you are doing compared to others.

The $31.00 entry fee includes a Unisex t-shirt or  Womans Tech Tank Top, Coaster and Koozie!  You can pick the shirt locally or we can ship it for $6.00.
