Virtual Challenges
About this race
Kicks off January 1, 2026
Start the New Year with purpose. The 30-Day Challenge is designed to help you reset, refocus, and build lasting strength — both physically and mentally. Whether you’re chasing fitness goals, daily motivation, or a community that keeps you accountable, this challenge has it all.
Each day brings new workouts, clear goals, and steady progress. You’ll push yourself, stay consistent, and discover what you’re truly capable of. All fitness levels are welcome — every movement can be scaled, and every rep counts.
You’ll also join a supportive virtual community that’s right there in it with you. Together we’ll motivate, challenge, and celebrate every win along the way.
This is your chance to start the year strong and stay the course. January 1st marks the beginning of 30 days that can change everything. Are you in?
Note: Choose between two options:
• GUT CHECK Challenge: No equipment needed.
• THE SUCK Challenge: Backpack & 35lb sandbag required.
Both will test you. You pick your poison.

- GUT CHECK Black Challenge = 2 days (48 hours) = 26.2 miles of running + 3,000 ab crunches + 1,100 push-ups + 1,100 jumping jacks + 1 mile burpee leap frog - SUCK Black Challenge: 26.2 miles of humping a 35lb pack (same weight for men and women) + Double Gut Check Murph 200 pack presses with SB, 400 pack push-ups with SB & 600 pack squats to a 5 gallon bucket with SB and 1 mile bucket carry with 2 buckets and 2x 35lbs sandbags (same weight for men and women). *Note: the running and the exercises can be broken up over the course of the 48 hours but if you do multiple runs, each must be documented. The 1 mile burpee leap frog must be completed non-stop once started, no breaking it up and GPS documented as well. We’d appreciate it if you could have a friend/family member take a photo of your smiling face while attempting the mile for our viewing pleasure. We have a new app that will log all of your results to hold you accountable.
Devil's Double
The Devil’s Double is a combination of the GUT CHECK Black Challenge & the SUCK Black Challenge and BOTH must be completed in 48 hours. Both MUST be completed in 2 days (48 hours). I suggest starting Friday 7PM SUCK Black, rest, then Sunday 7AM GUT CHECK Black. You can break the run/hump & exercises up for either the GUT CHECK or SUCK Black Challenge but must have a GPS/Strava map of each 26.2 mile route as proof. If you are able to complete both Black Challenges you will EARN a unique one of a kind Devil’s Double custom bracelet that not many will have. We have a new app that will log all of your results to hold you accountable.
