The Walk for Talk Fun Walk is for everyone! It doesn't matter what distance you walk, if you are outside, on a treadmill, or just around the house.
5K
The Walk for Talk 5K is designed to get you moving! You have four days to complete it so you can even break it up in to sections. Outside, on a treadmill, walk, jog, or run. You can even upload your time and compete with friends and family. It is all up to you!
