About this race
Get your little athletes ready for their sports through cardio, resistance, balance, agility and plyometric training, along with core work. Through running, they will build endurance, speed and strength to improve performance and reduce injury in athletics, as well as everyday activities. They would not know they are working hard because they would be having too much fun!

January/February Run Club | Grades 3-8
Run club for your youth athletes based at the Shell Ridge Open Space near Indian Valley Elementary School. The focus is on exploring the trails and enjoying running with friends. Alternate locations will be used if the trails are not suitable for use. January 4 - February 24 No practice: 1/18, 2/15 Mondays & Wednesdays 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm Details subject to change.
