5K FUN RUN/WALK

We will be using RunSignUp's RaceDay Mobile App for timing. Race medals for all participants. Capture the flag winners in each race division will receive an award. Special Awards for top OVERALL Male and Female timed finishers. All participants registering by February 14th receive t-shirt. There are no prizes for costumes but if you want to DRESS LIKE A NINJA, that's cool, too. How it works: Each race division will have its own colored flag. The flags will be posted at the halfway point. First person to capture the flag and bring it across the finish lines wins that division. If another person in that division catches up to the flag holder en route, they can tap out the runner, and capture the flag. The tapped out runner gives up a 10 yard advantage and can then immediately resume the race and try to recapture the flag. No fighting allowed, just good clean fun.
