Heavy 50K (32 miles)
An out and back course along the Poudre River Trail, starting at CR13/Frank State Wildlife Trailhead, running the paved trail to Island Grove Park in Greeley where you'll turn around and finish at Kodak Trailhead. There is limited soft surface running alongside the paved trail, following the beautiful Poudre River. Aid Stations and restrooms will be available approximately every 3-4 miles. A post-race celebration with one free Peculier beer will be held at the finish line, along with food trucks, free finisher food & coffee. Another after party with live music and awards will be held at Peculier Ales in the evening. Heavy Marathon (27 miles)
An out and back course along the Poudre River Trail, starting at the Kodak Trailhead, running the paved trail to Island Grove Park in Greeley where you'll turn around and finish at Kodak. Run or walk, out and back on the Poudre River Trail. We will have one Aid Station with water and limited fuel at the turnaround point. Restrooms are available at the start/finish. Kids Fun Run
A fast 1 mile out and back, along the Poudre River Trail. Kids will receive their own race bib to be professionally timed and a participant medal! Parents are welcome to tag along.

Walking
7k Ruck (4.3 miles)
Rucking is a workout that involves walking while carrying a weighted rucksack/backpack. Sometimes referred to as ‘foot marching‘, Rucking is a workout that improves your cardiovascular system and strengthens your muscles. The minimum carry weight is 35lbs. We will have one Aid Station with water and limited fuel at the turnaround point. Restrooms are available at the start/finish. ‘Ruckers,’ as its proponents are known, place a free weight in a rucksack and carry it as they walk outdoors.
