Running
3 Hour Relay: 2-3 runners
Run the 4 Mile Loop Route, as part of a Relay Team of 2 - 3, (setup during the registration process) as many times as possible, from 8 am until 11 am. Breaks to sauna, cold plunge, rest, eat or use the restroom between laps are allowed. You'll have the option to add on the Glamping Tent package at checkout. If doing a Relay Team, the first team member to sign up will create a Team Name and Password, sharing the link with teammates. Each team mate registers and pays entry fees individually.
6 Hour Relay: 2-6 runners
Run the 4 Mile Loop Route, as part of a Relay Team of 2-6, (setup during the registration process) as many times as possible, from 8 am until 2 pm. Breaks to sauna, cold plunge, rest, eat or use the restroom between laps are allowed. You'll have the option to add on the Glamping Tent package at checkout. 7K Ruck (4.3 Miles)
The course is a 2 mile out and back completed twice to make the 7k distance. A weighted vest of 35 lbs is required for this event.

The course is a 2 mile out and back completed twice to make the 7k distance.
1 Mile Kids Fun Run
A fast 1 mile loop course, professionally timed with race bib and finisher medal.
2x2x24
Run or walk 2 miles every 2 hours for 24 Hours.
4x4x48
Run or walk 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours.
Trail running
9 Hour Relay: 2-9 runners

12 Hour Solo
Run the 4 Mile Loop Route, as many times as possible, from 8 am until 8 pm. Breaks to sauna, cold plunge, rest, eat or use the restroom between laps are allowed. You'll have the option to add on the Glamping Tent package at checkout.
24 Hour Solo
Run the 4 Mile Loop Route, as many times as possible, from 8 am until 8 am on Sunday. Breaks to sauna, cold plunge, rest, eat or use the restroom between laps are allowed. You'll have the option to add on the Glamping Tent package at checkout.
48 Hour Solo
Run the 4 Mile Loop Route, as many times as possible, from 8 am Saturday until 8 am on Monday. Breaks to sauna, cold plunge, rest, eat or use the restroom between laps are allowed. You'll have the option to add on the Glamping Tent package at checkout.
48 Hour Relay: 2-12 runners
