Welcome to the 3rd annual Women's Trail Festival!

8-9am Packet pick up
9:30am 8k Trail Run/Hike start
11am-12:30pm Lunch
Noon-3pm TBA Women's Health Talks and classes
FREEDOM PARK 8k COURSE: The 8k (5 mile) course is challenging! Approximately 4 miles of the course are narrow single track mountain bike trails. The other mile is a mix of double track and paved trails. The narrow trails include roots and rolling, sometimes steep hills. There will be one aid station at 3.5 miles. There is no time cutoff- Hike/Ruck or Run!
After the race, stay for talks and classes focused on women's health! Previous years we have had strength and yoga classes and talks on nutrition and injury prevention. Box lunches can be purchased during registration. We will not be serving lunch, other than post race snacks, all lunches must be pre-ordered.
All finishers will receive a finisher medal. T-shirts do not come with registration but can be purchased during checkout. I will also have a limited number of last year's shirts available for purchase- sizes are first come first serve.
The cutoff to order a T-shirt and/or lunch is March 17th.
Men are also welcome to register. I would ask that you have a special woman in mind to run in honor of. I would also appreciate male volunteers to support the ladies on the course! Please let me know if you would like to volunteer by emailing me at ultraellen@gmail.com.
