Date: Saturday, December 3, 2022 Join the Prince Georges' Running Club (PGRC) for a historic, fun, flat 8K race on Saturday, Dec. 3 in College Park, MD at 9 a.m. A salute to an airport in Prince George’s County, the Wright stuff 8K is a celebration of the Wright brother’s first flight which happened on December 17, 1903. The historic College Park Airport is celebrating its 119th year as the world’s oldest continuously operated airport! Our club hosts this race every year in the month of December. This is also the graduation race for our 8K fall training program, and one of many running programs our club offers. Location: Herbert Wells Ice Rink (5211 Campus Dr, College Park, MD 20740) ****Please note, this race has previously been a 10K, but we've decided to move it to an 8K distance.****
