Ymca Creepy Crawl 5K
About this race
Our 18th annual "spooky themed" race starts at the Palmer Lake Regional Recreation Area. We head down the scenic Santa Fe Trail for 1.1 miles, then turn back and finish with a lap around Palmer Lake. This is sure to be a fun day for everyone! Our Kids Monster Dash Fun Run is free and for kids 12 and under. Its one fun lap around Palmer Lake (0.8 miles). Costumes and "Spirit" wear encouraged! All proceeds from the Creepy Crawl 5k benefit the YMCA and provide support to a family or individual in need.
Join fellow runners on October 24, 2026 for the Ymca Creepy Crawl 5K. It's a fantastic 5K, 1.3K featuring a flat and fast course in Palmer Lake.

Winners will be based on top 3: male/female overall and top 3 in each age category of 5-year groups: 9 and under 10-14 15-19 20-24 25-29 30-34 35-39 40-44 45-49 50-54 55-59 60-64 65-69 70-74 75-79 80-84 85-89 90 and over.
