Join the Y and your family, friends, and neighbors for a morning of fun and fitness before you dig into your Thanksgiving feast!
Start your holiday in a healthier way this year with the Frank DeLuca YMCA Turkey Trot! Whether you’re a casual jogger or a lifelong runner, you’re invited to attend our event and help support our mission. If you’re not a runner but still want to join us, we’re also offering group exercise classes as well as outdoor games for children to enjoy. Every 5K/10K participant will receive a race shirt as well as a participation medal, and top finishers will receive trophies. Don’t wait until Thanksgiving morning, register today!

Join fellow runners on November 24, 2016 for the YMCA Turkey Trot 5K & 10K. It's a fantastic 5K, 10K, Outdoor Cardio Cycling Class, Youth Dodgeball Tournament, Turkey Burner Specialty Group Exercise Class featuring a flat and fast course in Ocala.

The 5K start time will be staggered and will begin after the 10K.
10K

Outdoor Cardio Cycling Class
Youth Dodgeball Tournament
Turkey Burner Specialty Group Exercise Class
This cardio-strength mash up class will incorporate all of your favorite YMCA formats to give you a fun, energizing workout to start your Thanksgiving holiday. Class will be held in Studio A.
VIRTUAL 5K Race
This option is designed for past participants who are not able to physically be at the Turkey Trot to still participate in the 5K walk/run. Registrants of the Virtual events will still receive a race shirt and packet, and are encouraged to post a picture of themselves to the Frank DeLuca YMCA’s Facebook page after completing their mileage on Thanksgiving day.
VIRTUAL 10K Race
This option is designed for past participants who are not able to physically be at the Turkey Trot to still participate in the 10K walk/run.
