Start your holiday in a healthier way this year with the Frank DeLuca YMCA Turkey Trot! Whether you’re a casual jogger or a lifelong runner, you’re invited to attend our event and help support our mission. If you’re not a runner but still want to join us, we’re also offering group exercise classes as well as outdoor games for children to enjoy. Every 5K/10K participant will receive a race shirt as well as a participation medal, and top finishers will receive trophies. Don’t wait until Thanksgiving morning, register today!

The 5K start time will be 5 minutes earlier this year to alleviate congestion. ***Registration for this event includes a SHORT SLEEVE DRI FIT SHIRT
10K

Outdoor Cardio Cycling Class
Youth Dodgeball Tournament and Fun Run
Turkey Burner BODYPUMP Class
This cardio-strength mash up class will incorporate all of your favorite YMCA formats to give you a fun, energizing workout to start your Thanksgiving holiday. Class will be held in Studio A.
VIRTUAL 5K Race
This option is designed for past participants who are not able to physically be at the Turkey Trot to still participate in the 5K walk/run. Registrants of the Virtual events will still receive a race shirt and packet, and are encouraged to post a picture of themselves to the Frank DeLuca YMCA’s Facebook page after completing their mileage on Thanksgiving day.
VIRTUAL 10K Race
This option is designed for past participants who are not able to physically be at the Turkey Trot to still participate in the 10K walk/run.
