About this race
The Cherry Kids Fun Run will be an "out-n-back" style race starting and ending at Central Grade School on 7th Street. Preregistration is highly suggested. Check-in and registration opens at 5pm and the race takes off at 6pm.

Elite Mile
The elite field of racers will consist of high level collegiate and professional runners selected by Race Directors Bryan Burns and Eric Houghton. To apply, the minimum performance standards of 4:10 for the men's mile and 4:55 in the women's mile (or equivalent 800/1500m time) will be required. Open Mile
The NCF is excited to announce the all new Cherry Mile presented by the TCTC on Thursday July 9th. Since the 1980s the mile has been a part of the Festival of Races in various forms. This year we are very proud to introduce a "Open Mile" or "Citizen's Mile" in conjunction with our Elite Races.
