Elite Mile
The elite field of racers will consist of high level collegiate and professional runners selected by Race Directors Bryan Burns and Eric Houghton. To apply, the minimum performance standards of 4:10 for the men's mile and 4:55 in the women's mile (or equivalent 800/1500m time) will be required. Open Mile
The NCF is excited to continue the Cherry Mile presented by the TCTC on Thursday July 7th. Since the 1980s the mile has been a part of the Festival of Races in various forms. This year we are very proud to continue an "Open Mile" or "Citizen's Mile" in conjunction with our Elite Races.
