Adult Level ONE EU Summer Adventures
Skiers are made in the summer! Build your aerobic base with long slow (level one) training days in various Twin City locations. Whether you like to hike, trail run, bike or rollerski, there will be lots of activity options to join others in the EU community exploring the wide array of trails in our metro area. Multiple activity options and distances offered so you can always find something that fits you. Sessions hosted by various EU coaches in their favorite locations. From novice endurance athlete to advanced, these locations can be tailored to your level. This schedule will put you on track with the EU Birkie Training Plan (the official training plan of the American Birkebeiner.) When: May 13 - Aug 26 (15 sessions) Saturdays 9:00am Where: Various Twin City Locations $110 add on to Year-round training registration. Stand alone registration $220.
