Summer - Rollerski Fall -Dryland Winter -Ski Weekly training sessions starting in May and finishing right before the Birkie 2026. Focus: Technique, Some Light Intensity, Improve Overall Skiing Efficiency
Summer Juniors 5-Days per week
We require a minimum of three days of training per week. Sessions will break into small groups of similar skill levels. Depending on group sizes, training locations may vary. *No Training July 2nd-July 8th

EU Skiwerx - Learn to Rollerski
Is your athlete super excited for summer roller skiing, but is new to roller skiing? Then we have a perfect session for you! Our learn to roller ski session is an opportunity for athletes who are either registered for our summer programming or interested in roller skiing to learn safety on roller skis, stopping techniques, and gain a bit of comfortability on roller skis before the first day of practice.
Summer EU Skiwerx - Tuesday/Thursday 4:15PM
The Endurance United summer EU Skiwerx program is a two session per week evening program that involves both rollerskiing and some dryland (on foot) sessions. Young skiers will learn basic skills & safety on rollerski and will have fun through creative games and practices that engage young skiers. Skiers will need both Classic and Skate rollerskis. Every participant will have an option to rent Marwe combi Rollerski which are available upon check-out. *No Training July 2nd-July 8th *Beach Party at Long Lake Thursday August 7th Rollerskiing: 4:45pm-6:00pm Beach Party 6:00pm-7:30pm (ish)
