The Superhero 5k run/walk can be completed in your own neighborhood, on your favorite running trail, at the park, or even on the treadmill. Use a running/walking tracking app via smartphone or a smartwatch to track your progress while on your run/walk between June 20-July 12th. Some popular phone apps are Runkeeper, Map My Run, and Strava. Post your achievement here and to the JOURNEYS SuperHero Facebook group Tag your photos on Instagram and Facebook with #JourneysSuperhero5k. Swag will be mailed to your location post-event. 5k must be completed at one time
