More than just a race, the JOURNEYS 5k is a family fun event that benefits people facing homelessness and housing insecurity in the north and northwest suburbs of Cook County.
Dogs are welcomed as long as they are on a leash!
NOTE: Registrations after 06/01/26 are not guaranteed a shirt.
Join fellow runners on June 17, 2023 for the JOURNEYS Run/Walk. It's a fantastic 5K, 1.6K featuring a flat and fast course in Palatine.

The First 200 participants will step off at 8:30am. The next 200 will step off at 8:35am.

The First 200 participants will step off at 8:30am. The next 200 will step off at 8:35am. The Fun Run will Step off at 8:40am.
2023 Virtual Superhero 5K Run/Walk
Did you know that you can be a Superhero for JOURNEYS from anywhere in the world? Between JUNE 17th to June 30th JOURNEYS Superhero, 5K is offering a virtual race option. A downloadable bib is included! This event is for everyone. It’s a fun way to get creative with your friends and family, make new friends, and be a SUPERHERO for the homeless. Imagine running the same race with a friend across the country or across the world!
