Loop The ‘Lupe—The ONLY Obstacle Course Race in Seattle City Limits!
- Elite Wave: Calling all hardcore racers age 16+! Tackle 45 obstacles (9 per “loop”) in the ultimate 5K challenge. NOTE: Race fast! The two additional obstacles featured in the Elite Wave will be shut down 40 minutes after the start of the event. Elite racers still competing will complete their event on the 7-obstacle Family Wave course.
- Family Wave: Want the ninja action without the pressure? Try the 7-obstacle course—perfect for all ages and skill levels!
- For Everyone (Ages 2–92): Try the 5K run/walk (no obstacles), the Silver Saunter walk (100% flat, no obstacles), or the Youth Dash (once around our 1K 7-obstacle loop with adult supervision)!
- Team Up & Save: Grab your crew for big group discounts. The more, the merrier!
- Race for Good: Your entry supports Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, whose outreach programs help thousands with food, rent, re-entry programs, and more. Top fundraisers win prizes!

Mini Ninja Warriors—Get Ready! Kids 8 and under, this is your moment! Dash through one wild 1K “loop” packed with 7 awesome obstacles (with grownup supervision). Race fast, have a blast, and you could snag a prize for being one of the speediest kids out there!

Silver Saunter
Silver Saunter: Step Up, Have Fun! Ready to move? Our Silver Saunter is a quarter-mile loop made for everyone, and we're encouraging participation from people ages 65+ (no ID checks—just good vibes!). You’ll have 20 minutes to rack up as many laps as you can. The more you walk, the bigger your bragging rights! Special prizes await our top finishers.
