Loop The ‘Lupe—The ONLY Obstacle Course Race in Seattle City Limits!
- Elite Wave: Calling all hardcore racers age 16+! Tackle 45 obstacles (9 per “loop”) in the ultimate 5K challenge. NOTE: Race fast! The two additional obstacles featured in the Elite Wave will be shut down 40 minutes after the start of the event. Elite racers still competing will complete their event on the 7-obstacle Family Wave course.
- Family Wave: Want the ninja action without the pressure? Try the 7-obstacle course—perfect for all ages and skill levels!
- For Everyone (Ages 2–92): Try the 5K run/walk (no obstacles), the Silver Saunter walk (100% flat, no obstacles), or the Youth Dash (once around our 1K 7-obstacle loop with adult supervision)!
- Team Up & Save: Grab your crew for big group discounts. The more, the merrier!
- Race for Good: Your entry supports Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, whose outreach programs help thousands with food, rent, re-entry programs, and more. Top fundraisers win prizes!
- Go Virtual: Prefer your home turf? Register, get your shirt, and show off your own obstacle course online for a shot at prizes!
- After-Party: Celebrate with live music, tasty eats, and a beer/cider garden. Stick around for some soccer fun and a penalty kick showdown!

Loop The Lupe Virtual 5K & Obstacle Course
Test your skills during a 5K fun run. Price includes tech race t-shirt and COVID face mask! As a virtual race, we encourage you to create your own obstacle course out of anything just laying around during your 5K! Post photos and videos of yourself in action on our Facebook page--we'll have prizes for the most creative participants!
Senior Saunter
Our Senior Saunter typically is a quarter mile loop for our seniors to take part in, with 20 minutes to complete as many laps as possible. Price includes tech race t-shirt and COVID face mask! This year, get out, stretch those legs and try to complete a 5K with us! Post photos of yourself in action to our Facebook page--prizes are available for seniors showing the most spirit!
Youth Dash
For our mini ninja warriors we offer a 1K kids challenge. Price includes tech race t-shirt and COVID face mask! Same as the adults, kids set up their own backyard obstacle course while completing their 1K fun run! If you'd like to post photos or videos of your young one in action, please do on our Facebook page and we'll award prizes for kids with the best presentation!
