AGES AND DISTANCES: *Note that race age is determined as of December 31st of the current year. Previous year's distances are provided for reference. Do your best, but it does not have to be exact. Only finisher medals will be provided this year. When you enter in your results you can enter in distance and time for each leg. No transition times will be entered. There are several platforms available for mapping courses and routes. One easy one is https://www.gmap-pedometer.com. Tri-It-Out Ages 6, 7, 8, and 9 (25M/Yd Swim, 1.0 mi bike, 0.25 mi run) Super Sprint Ages 10, 11, 12, and 13 (100 M swim, 2.5 mi bike, 1.0 mi run) Half Sprint Ages 14, 15, 16, and 17 (300M swim, 6.4 mi bike, 1.5 mi run) Virtual Options: If you don’t have access to a pool or place to swim, we encourage you to get creative and replace the swim with another exercise like a short run or push-ups prior to biking. We are going to be flexible with the submissions and our goal is simply to encourage kids to be active and introduce them to multi-sport events. Participants do not have to do all three disciplines at once but are encouraged to try to get all three done within a single day. If you would like to spread the exercises out over several days, you are more than welcome to do so. Family Discount: Please note, we have set pricing at the lowest possible price point to cover t-shirts, medals, and associated race fees. Because of this, we are unable to offer a family discount this year.
