Join The Tide® ministry in taking God's Word to unreached locations through your participation in the Race to Share the Gospel Around the World. With a variety of ways to get involved, there is an event for everyone who wants to participate in making an eternal impact in the lives of millions around the world.

Middle East Children's Program Expansion Run, Walk, Bike, Hike, Swim Virtual Challenge
The Tide Middle East children's television program, which first launched in 2021, is now ready to expand into two new Arabic dialects, allowing more children to hear the Gospel in their own heart language. This virtual event invites participants to run, walk, bike, hike, or even swim 13 miles between April 29 and May 14 to raise funds and bring awareness to the work we are doing to tell people in the Middle East the truth about Jesus. This year Participants will virtually navigate through the streets of a city in Yemen and pray for those who haven’t yet heard the Good News of Christ. As they race around this very closed and dangerous place to share the Gospel, they will encounter milestone markers along the way with specific prayer suggestions, allowing there to be a Kingdom presence among lost souls in this faraway country. It is critical that we entreat God to help us extend our media outreach into Yemen and ask Him to open the hearts of people in this region of the world where more than 99% of the country is not Christian. Our goal this year is to raise $15,000, allowing millions of children and their parents to have access to the Good News of Jesus. This may sound like a lot . . . BUT WAIT! Life doesn't come easy for many in the Middle East, so we invite you to accept this challenge that may not come easy to you. Because this is a challenge, and not a traditional race, you are able to break it up over the 2-week period. Doing as little as 1-mile per day will allow you to complete the challenge in the allotted time. Here are some suggestions of ways you may choose to participate: Find a track to run/walk (4 laps = 1 mile) Find a park with trails nearby Go shopping and track your distance for the trip Play three rounds of golf (avg. course = 5 miles per 18-holes) Swim laps in a pool (Olympic pool = 16.1 laps/mile or standard pool = 32.2 laps/mile) Any funds raised over our goal will benefit other work we are doing in Middle East.
Cheerleader (Prayer Warrior)
For those unable to participate in the challenge, you can still be involved as a Cheerleader! As a Cheerleader you can: - Pray for the challenge participants - Spread the word about the race - Become an individual or team fundraiser Cheerleaders receive an official Race to Share the Gospel Around the World t-shirt with their registration.

Attention Youth Pastors! If you are looking for a way to introduce your students to the world beyond your church building and help them understand the importance of missions, or perhaps give them an opportunity to practice what you have already taught them? If so, then we invite your student group to partner with us! This year’s Race will benefit the expansion of our children's television program in the Middle East. Because this program is geared toward children, we are offering an opportunity for groups of young people to sponsor the event. Student Ministry Benefits include: - Ministry recognized with logo on Race website - A representative from The Tide will speak to your group (via live stream if out of area) - The Youth Ministry raising the most funds (per person average) will win a free pizza party for their Race group! Requirements: - Minimum of 4 students - Commit to raise at least $100 as a group
