101 Level Tuesdays 6:00 PM with Michael Jahnke & Ashley Mix
The 100 level trail session is designed specifically for those who are new to trail running or have not tried trail running before. This is truly for beginners, don’t be shy! This session will ease you into the sport of trail running on flat trails and build on mileage over 8 weeks. Trails include the main rattlesnake corridor, McClay Flats, or Pattee Canyon.
101 Level Mondays 6:00 PM with Madison Botzet & Morgan Beavers
The 101 level trail session is for those who are still getting their feet on the ground with trail running but don’t quite fit into the beginners class. This is a true beginner-intermediate level trail session. Some examples of trails you may run in this class are Blue Mountain, Crazy Canyon, and Sawmill Gulch.

The 101 level trail session is for those who are still getting their feet on the ground with trail running but don’t quite fit into the beginners class. This is a true beginner-intermediate level trail session. Some examples of trails you may run in this class are Blue Mountain, Crazy Canyon, and Sawmill Gulch.
201 Level Wednesdays 6:00 PM with Sarah Knutson & Jeff Mogavero
The 201 level trail session is our intermediate trail session, this is designed for those who are regular trail runners and accustomed to going uphill. This session is not for beginner trail runners. Mileage will range from 5-7 miles and trail examples include Mount Jumbo, Sound of Music, and Dean Stone!
