SPA PACERS SPRING WALKING AND RUNNING CLINIC

This is a FREE 6 week program for EVERYONE - all ages and abilities to get out with a group and walk, jog, or run. Volunteers with the Spa Pacers running club will be part of the clinic to run with you, encourage you, answer questions and just have a good time. Clinics will meet twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:45 PM at the Transportation Depot, 100 Broadway, corner of Market St and Broadway.

The first clinic session will be Tuesday, March 31st at 5:45 PM. Last clinic session will be Thursday, May 7th. After clinic we ask you to join us for the rest of the year and maybe become a Spa Pacer member, we are one big family. We have group road and trail runs almost every day of the week.

Please only sign up for one group.  You can change to a different group anytime during the clinic.

Training groups are as follows:

Walker Group  - Whether you're already out walking or haven't started yet, come and join us.  We will be alternating between normal pace and fast pace, working our way up in mileage. 

Beginning Runner Group - Whether you've just started running or are wanting to get started, this is the group for you. We are here to work with you, at your pace, on running consistently, working our way up in mileage and time. 

Intermediate Runner - Are you currently running and need to work on endurance and distance?  This is the group for you.  We will work on running techniques and various ways to help you increase your endurance, pace, and distance. 

Advanced Runner - This group is for those who currently run consistently, or are almost there, but want to work on distance, speed, and endurance.  We will run from the Depot with the other groups on Tuesdays and with the Pub Run from Spencer's Corner on Thursdays.
