Teen Titans 30-Mile Challenge
Exclusively for our youngest Superheroes, kids 18 years of age and younger are invited to join our 30 Mile Challenge. Participants can start a team, join a team, or register as an individual and walk, run, hike, or bike 30 miles between April 1st and May 31st. That's just half a mile a day! Record your activity each day and watch your progress on our virtual course map – a 30-mile loop from Sparrow’s Nest Headquarters to our Teen Titan Challenge Sponsor: LeClerc’s Martial Arts, Hyde Park location. You'll feel great about getting out and getting active and you'll be supporting our mission of cooking and delivering homemade meals to families facing cancer. A win-win! Every participant will receive a Superhero Challenge medal and a digital Super Sparrow Finisher Certificate.
The Incredibles 60-Mile Challenge
Feeling incredible? The Incredibles 60-mile Challenge kicks off on April 1st! Start a team, join a team, or register as an individual and walk, run, hike, or bike 60 miles between April 1st and May 31st. That's just 1 mile a day! Record your activity each day and watch your progress on our virtual course map – a 60-mile double loop from Sparrow’s Nest Headquarters to each of our top event sponsors: Nuvance Health, Bayhorse Gazebos & Barns, Emery & Webb Insurance, Whalen Architects, and Stop & Shop. You'll feel great about getting out and getting active and you'll be supporting our mission of cooking and delivering homemade meals to families facing cancer. A win-win! The first 350 registrants will receive a finisher medal and our Super Sparrow fanny pack, along with exclusive invitations to our group kick-off event and All Sport Health & Fitness cycle event.
The Wonder Woman 160-Mile Challenge
Designed to challenge all of our wonder women (and men!), the Wonder Woman 160-mile Challenge kicks off on April 1st! Start a team, join a team, or register as an individual and walk, run, hike, or bike 60 miles between April 1st and May 31st. That's 2.5 miles per day. Record your activity each day and watch your progress on our virtual course map – a 160-mile loop from Sparrow’s Nest Headquarters to each of our event sponsors: Nuvance Health, Emery & Webb Insurance, Bayhorse Gazebos & Barns, Whalen Architects, Stop & Shop, Adams Fairacre Farms, Daily Planet Diner, Cleveland Plumbing & Heating, and Northside Auto Body. You'll feel great about getting out and getting active and you'll be supporting our mission of cooking and delivering homemade meals to families facing cancer. A win-win! The Superman 270-Mile Challenge
Have you ever wondered where our Sparrow’s Nest delivery van travels each week? Want to be a Super Sparrow? Join our Superman Challenge and walk, run, hike or bike 270 miles between April 1st and May 31st. That's 4.5 miles per day! Record your activity each day and watch your progress on our virtual course map - a 270-mile loop from Sparrow’s Nest Headquarters to towns in each of the 5 Hudson Valley counties that we serve. You'll feel great about getting out and getting active and you'll be supporting our mission of cooking and delivering homemade meals to families facing cancer. A win-win! The first 350 registrants will receive a finisher medal and our Super Sparrow fanny pack, along with exclusive invitations to our group kick-off event and All Sport Health & Fitness cycle event.
Sparrow's Nest Superhero 5k
The Sparrow's Nest Virtual Superhero 5K can be completed anywhere at any time between April 1st and May 31st. Individuals can choose to run, walk, hike or bike their 5K. Gather your friends or co-workers and create a team! However you choose to participate, a portion of your registration fee supports our mission of cooking and delivering homemade meals to families facing cancer. The first 100 registrants will receive our Super Sparrow finisher medal.
