About this race
Our Steps for Hope, Strides for Mental Health event in partnership with Bates College takes place on Sunday, October 11, 2026, on the Bates campus. The event features a 5K Walk/Run and Kids Obstacle Course. All funds raised through this event will support the expansion of behavioral (mental) health programs at St. Mary’s. Every participant, donor and sponsor grow access to services for people across Maine who require hospitalization because of serious mental illness.
Join fellow runners on April 30, 2016 for the St. Mary's Steps for Hope 5K Run/Walk and Kids Obstacle Course. It's a fantastic 5K, 10K, 2.9K featuring a flat and fast course in Lewiston.

Starting near the St. Dominic campus. This will be a fast out and back course with 2 small hills.
3K Walk
