5K RUN ONLY OR WALK
EVENT DAY INFORMATION ALL RACES BEGIN AT 8AM (SHARP!) There is ample parking at Nathan Benderson Park. For those renting a paddle board, the boards will be available on race morning. Volunteers will direct you to the pick-up location. If you are renting a board, please arrive no later than 7am to secure your board and paddle. PFD's ARE REQUIRED AND MUST BE PROVIDED BY THE ATHLETE! Dr. Heidi Anderson, our dermatologist extraordinaire says..."don't forget your sunscreen!" This unique event offers an extraordinarily spectator friendly venue.
SUP 3.1 & 5K RUN (BOTH EVENTS)
Athlete must know how to swim and a Personal Flotation Device is Required to be supplied by the athlete.
10K for the 10th Anniversary
VIRTUAL 5K | Walk or Run (incl. mailing your SWAG)
If you are unable to join us on May 3, 2025 in Sarasota, we will happily mail your Bib, Shirt, Medal and any other SUP & RUN 5K SWAG 💛.
