You must meet USAT weight requirements for this category. Men must weight 220 lbs and up. Women must weigh 165 lbs and up. You are note elgible for age group awards. Awards will be top 3 in each gender.

Beginner Wave (Santa Cruz Retro Triathlon)
This is an alternate registration link for the Santa Cruz Retro Triathlon. You can register here or separately on the Retro Triathlon Link (https://runsignup.com/Race/CA/SantaCruz/SantaCruzRetroTriathlon). This is a race only entry and does not include any training or clinic registrations. The distances for the beginner wave is: 300m swim, 6 mile bike and a 3K run. Distances are suitable for ages 13 and up. Any exceptions must be cleared with Race Director.
