Family & Friends Sprint Triathlon Wave
This sprint triathlon wave is open to anyone who wants too race with a family member or friend, regardless of age or gender. You get all the same goodies - shirt, medal, timing, etc. but you are not eligible for age group prizes. This is a great way to have a safe and fun introduction to triathlon if you've never done one before.
International Distance Duathlon
You'll run 5K, then hop on your bike for the four loop international distance bike ride and finish up with another 5K!
Sprint Plus Duathlon
You'll run a 5K, Hop on your bike for a 2 loop, 12 mile bike ride (Sprint Distance), then finish off with a 5K run.
Aquabike
