Little B 1-Mile Run
This will be a 1-mile fun run/walk around the track at Bennington South Middle School.
Middle B Relay Race
Note when registering a relay team: the "captain" or first individual to register should create a team name/password when registering and then share this information with team members so when other relay member(s) sign up, they can sign up under the same team name. This will ensure your relay team is grouped together for the race event. The relay race will start at Bennington Elementary & the District Office. We ask that runners are dropped at their starting location before the race begins. The route will take runners from Benn Elementary to Bennington High School/BHS (next runner), BHS around Bennington Middle School/BMS (next runner), BMS west to 180th (next runner), 180th to 171st (next runner), down 171st past Bennington South/BSMS to the roundabout before Stratford Elementary. The last runner and team join up here to run the final .25 miles together into BSMS stadium where all will join the after party. The course will contain some gravel, paved roads, paved paths and a variety of views along the way. A shuttle will collect runners who have completed their portions and drop them off to Stratford to await their teams. We suggest teams of 2 to 5 members. Note: If a relay team has less than 5 members, individuals must run consecutive segments of the race (for example, in a 2-person team, runner 1 may run legs 1 & 2 before passing off to runner 2 who will run legs 3, 4, and 5....runner 1 & 2 will be reunited at Stratford Elementary School to run the final .25 together to the finish line). Each of the 5 legs of the race is 1-mile in length.
Big B 5-Mile Run
The Big B race will run the same route as the Middle B. Starting at Bennington Elementary School, runners will need to be at that school to start the route. The route includes touching 5 of the 8 Bennington schools in the district. The course will have paved roads, paths, and gravel topped sections.
Virtual B 5-miler
The race is run/walk your pace. Choose your location and enjoy the time. The Triple B Team + Bennington Public Schools Foundation appreciates your contribution. Thank you!
