About this race
The Ukrop's Monument Avenue 10k presented by Kroger is RVA’s favorite spring tradition! Since 2000, people from around the Richmond region and beyond have gathered to share in the journey of crossing the 10k finish line. The 10k is a day about togetherness and we look forward to bringing the community together again for the 28th running of the Ukrop's Monument Avenue 10k. Walk with your family, reunite with your running buddies, or cross the finish line in costume...just don't miss the silver anniversary because it's going to be the BIGGEST block party ever!

Ukrop's Monument Avenue 10k Only (Seeded Runners)
This event is open to Seeded Runners only (62 minutes or faster). To register for this event we require proof of qualifying time - either your 2017 or 2018 Ukrop's Monument Avenue 10k finish time or a finisher's certificate, printed race result or a website result from another race (5k or longer). You can convert any race, from 5k (3.1 miles) up to a marathon, into an equivalent 10k time.
YMCA 10k Training Team (includes Ukrop's Monument Avenue 10k entry)
YMCA member or not, training for Ukrop’s Monument Avenue 10k with a team may be just what you need to get to the finish line, meet some new running buddies, and get motivated to be fit and active. This is a program for both runners and walkers. With help from motivational coaches and teammates, we can work together to conquer 6.2 miles! Training begins Saturday, February 2nd/Sunday, February 3rd.
