5K Run
USATF members are eligible for a $3 per entry discount. Strollers, pets, bicycles, roller blades, skateboards, or hover boards will "not" be permitted during the 5K Race "New for 2017" Team Race Competition. "Create a 5K Team here." Limited to Run signup online registrations only. Minimum 5 runners per team no maximum. To ensure fairness, the scoring will be based on an Age Grade % system. The top 3 runners best age graded % averaged times combined will determine the winning team. There will also be a special prize awarded to the 1st Place Military & 1st Place First Responder finishers based on the Age Grade % scoring system. 5K Training Program
Waldwick Chamber of Commerce 5K Training program Never Run a 5K before? No worries, join our 5K training program to get ready for race day! Join Fit36, Jersey Women Strong, The Runner’s House and Total Health Associates on 3/8/17 to kick off your training with a custom 8 week program designed to make you cross that finish line. With years of combined knowledge and experience, we can answer any questions you may have about running, recovery and the gear needed to succeed. Registration fee of $75 plus online processing fee includes cost of training program and race day registration fee. Those who register will receive a performance wicking work out shirt. ** The training program will be on Wednesdays from 3/8 thru 5/3 starting at 7:00 PM at the Waldwick High School Track

1 Mile Walk
Strollers will be permitted for 1 Mile Walk. Pets, roller blades, skateboards, or hover boards will "not" be permitted during the walk.
