5K Run/Walk
The 5k starts near Shelter #1, just northeast of the south parking lot. We will be running mostly on trails, running the upper portion of Lincoln Park in TWO LOOPS. We'll run north along trail #6, passing the wading pool and shelter #5. At the north end of the park, runners will turn west and loop around to head south on trail #2, down and around the bathrooms near south parking lot/start line, then back north again for loop #2. The finish line and starting line are in the same location. Course will be clearly marked with volunteers stationed along the way to guide you. Advance registration includes a Monster Dash t-shirt.
