Empty Stroller 5K

Join us *virtually* to honor babies and help bereaved families. All registration fees, t-shirt sales and donations will be used to assist families who have experienced the loss of a child through miscarriage, stillbirth or in the first few months of life. The Adalyn Rose Foundation assists families with burial and cremation costs, sends customized care packages and hosts events and support groups for bereaved families. Many of us will be running/walking with empty strollers to honor babies and spread awareness of pregnancy and infant loss. However, it is not a requirement of this event. Also, please feel free to create a team in honor of a baby gone too soon, and invite friends and family members to join! This 5K can be completed anywhere and at anytime between September 21st and October 17th! When choosing your run date, you may want to consider some of these special dates September 21st - The Adalyn Rose Foundation's Annual Campaign Kickoff October 1st - Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month Begins October 15th - International Wave of Light  October 17th - Final day to participate in the Empty Stroller 5K Please share your participation on our social media pages.
