2021 - Bacon Hill Bonanza 5K/10K Road Race, 1-Mile Kids Fun Run AND Virtual 5k/10k/1 Mile Run or Walk

IN PERSON 5k Run/Walk
Will be limited to 200 Participants on Site due to Covid Restrictions - Race will start and finish at the Bacon Hill Church 560 Route 32 N Schuylerville NY 12871. Masks are required whenever within 6 feet of another person (including during the race). Masks can be lowered when you are at least 6 feet from other runners, There will be a staggered, socially distanced start. Prizes: Overall 1st male & female $100, $50 for second place, $25 for third. To avoid crowds while waiting for results, prizes will be mailed. Everyone coming through the finish chute receives King Bros Chocolate milk and a bag with homemade cookies. Virtual 5k Run
Run or walk this event wherever you would like. The Bonanza Course will be marked if you would like to use it. It is an out and back on Stonebridge Road. It will NOT be closed to traffic. Participation is AT YOUR OWN RISK. Please do not use our course on race day (May 22) until after 2:00 pm. Thank you! If you do use our course, be sure to sign your name at our finish line poster!!
Virtual 10k Run
Run 6.2 miles wherever you choose. If you would like to use our course, the Bonanza 10k course will be marked, but realize that it WILL NOT be closed to traffic. Participants who choose to use the Bonanza course do so AT THEIR OWN RISK. When you finish this race, give yourself a high five! It's somewhat challenging but very do-able! Send us your results and photos!! Please do not use our course on race day (May 22) until after 2:00 pm. Thank you! If you do use our course, be sure to sign your name at our finish line poster!!
Virtual 1-Mile Walk/Run
This is a 1 mile option for adults who would like to support our cause and get out and participate by walking or running. The cost includes a T-shirt. You can walk or run your mile anywhere - including on your own treadmill!
Kids Virtual 1-Mile Fun Run (No Shirt Included)
****CHILDREN must register Separate from ADULTS*** Note* - T-shirts are not included when registering for the fun run. If you include your mailing address, we will send a Stewart's Ice Cream Cone Gift Certificate to all kids who participate in the 1 mile fun run.
