Sprint DISTANCE TRIATHLON START: 7:00AM DISTANCE: SWIM 500yd BIKE 13mi RUN 4mi . COURSE: SWIM = 1.5k open water Flat bay, no waves. 1 loop counterclockwise around buoys. Outbound swim on the outside of the swim area Return after turning at the checkered buoy swimming on the inside of the swim area Buoys are always on your left shoulder Wetsuit legal Water temps between 65-61 degrees Sand start Run to T1 is less than 200yards BIKE = 13miles (out &back) NOT A CLOSED COURSE Bike to shoreline.
